Can I set a rule that emails me when a Wyze plug has been on for an hour?

I want to be notified when a plug has been on for an hour. Is that possible in Rules?
Is there another way? I’m trying to do it without Home Assistant.
Could Google Home do it?

I don’t know about Google Home, but what do you want to do if you find it has been on an hour? Turn it off? That you can do with a Device Trigger Rule in the Wyze app.

It’s an interesting problem, and I’m trying to understand what a use case would be. I don’t use Home Assistant, and I’m not seeing a way to do it with Wyze app Rules alone, with Google Home, or with the free tier of IFTTT (which I occasionally use).
