I have some of my more important cameras plugged into smart plugs - I can turn them off and on and it “reboots” the camera from a remote location.
Yes it’s practically built in - set up a rule in the Wyze app to reboot.
that made it work in wyze webview, but still not on alexa
is stopping and starting the camera in the rules the same as unplugging it?
Nope…if you want a clean bootup you need to power cycle the camera either by unplugging it or toggling a smart plug.
