V3 stuck in night mode it’s set to auto, Been doing this for months I have to manually cycle through, on, off, auto every morning to switch to color, I also have turned IR on and off also. I have power cycled too. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
Tap it slightly, looks like the shutter is stuck.
I did no change I must manually turn on color.
Is your camera set to “dusk” or “dark”? What is the camera looking at and how lit up is it? Screenshot? What actual firmware is on the camera? Have you contacted Support about this?
It’s set to dusk, it’s always worked fine, till a few weeks ago. It’s light up in that area, like I said never had any issues with lighting, it turns to black and white at dusk, but won’t revert to color in the morning. Here’s a screenshot of firmware and no I haven’t contacted them
Under Advanced Settings, try setting Night Vision Conditions to Dark.
Setting to Dusk does the opposite of what you want by switching to black and white earlier and extending the delay switching to color.
I don’t have an issue with it going to black and white (IR) at night, it’s the color change in the morning , it stays in IR mode and don’t change to color even though it’s on auto.
Is your cam viewing an indoor or outdoor space? Please post a screenshot.
