@Winger870 Welcome to the community! There have been a few others experiencing this same issue with the QR code not scanning. The suggestion from @Omgitstony has been a successful solution for many. For a good example see this post below.

Camera and Phone code bar not working

I posted this in another thread, but two places make it easier to find: I had issue scanning QR Code and replacement cams had same result. I had taken a couple of screenshots of the QR Codes generated. Kenneth Rankin/Wyze Support spotted the issue as soon as I sent him the screen shots. The QR Code “window” can slide up/down and the lower part of the QR Code was cut-off, causing the problem.
