Cameras connect on web view but not in app

Title says it. I have 2 floodlight cams that work rock solid on web browser but on the app it says they are not connected to the router. Router shows them connected and web view works perfect. I’m on iOS tried reinstalling the app and nothing. Any tricks??

It seems to be part of this ongoing issue they’re working on today. Mine does the same thing on the cameras that were updated recently.
