Is anyone else having this issue?

Have you enabled audio for the events you’re trying to watch? If you’re watching a cloud event after tapping an item on the Events tab, for example, there should be a icon, perhaps with a slash through it, somewhere on the screen. In the Android app, it’s in the lower-right corner. You may need to tap that to enable audio while watching.
If you can provide more detail, that will help other community members assist you:
- What app are you using? What’s the version? Is it Android or iOS?
- What camera are you using?
- How are you trying to view events? Are you tapping notifications, using the Events tab, using the camera’s RECENT EVENTS area, playing back from the microSD card recording timeline?
Categorizing and tagging can be tricky, too, and I noticed that you created your post in the Tips & Tricks category. You’d probably get better visibility (and more help) if you placed it in the Wyze App category and tagged it with the app platform and camera(s) that you’re using. If you need help with this, we can ask the Moderators.
If I remember correctly event videos are mute by default. As @Crease mentioned you will have to enable it.
