Google Voice is a great service, but you might want to be aware
that not all SMS senders recognize it as a supported messaging
service, especially if they have a pop-up list asking you to
select your voice provider: Google is usually absent from the
list! I wish I knew of a work-around.
Our small family company uses Google Suite to manage a lot of our records in addition to email accounts. We use Google Sheets, Google Docs and more. We used the Microsoft version for a while, but weren’t happy with it.
We need the ability to share documents among members of the management team and owners. Word and Excel are better products, but are much more cumbersome to use among multiple contributors.
Any suggestions?
I should have looked at your No More Google link first. I see lots of options. The problem is that the Google stuff is all integrated, so my wife and son will think it’s too much trouble to change.
To keep things as simple as possible, I’d go with Zoho Workplace. If you don’t mind having multiple services, you can try Zoho Mail (paid plans are cheap and come with a ton of features), and use Dropbox to sync your doc files.
–My Setup–
I had G Suite mainly for the mail service and switched to Zoho mail (lite plan) with 3 users. My yearly bill is $36 for all 3 users. This includes mail for my other domains (and DBA’s). I have 7 domains connected with specific rules where user 1 (myself) has access to 5 domains, user 2 has access to 1 domain, and user 3 has access to 3 domains. Each user has their own “inbox” and space limitation. I like this setup because I have a unified inbox for all my domains. To organize things, I have filters set up to group mail in folders. Zoho’s desktop app is amazing. It’s much better than having multiple Gmail tabs open that were eating my RAM. I much prefer to have those resources available for my CAD software
As for my docs, I moved them to Dropbox. The benefit of this is that you get to use whatever software you prefer (Microsoft Office, Libreoffice, etc.) and still have files shared/synced across devices and users. If you want to have better privacy/control over your files. Look into setting up a NAS server. A good starting NAS box is a Synology DS218J sells for around $166 on Amazon. It goes down to $130 a few times a year.
more likely you have used the same password on your cams for other websites . I dounbt anyone can yell as the volume on the cams speaker are not that loud
to the OP:
you use the word ‘we’ , with how many ppl do you share control to your password?
maybe Wyze could add a ‘last logged in from this device’ page like google has, to make it easier for these ppl to realize they have been pranked. The page can show last 10 logins with date time, IP, device name & location.
My wyze pan tilt camera was just hacked. Id did a 360 degree pan while voices were heard comming from the camera speakers. The security on these cameras suck. There should be at the very least a log kept of who accessed the camera, at what time, how long, and other data for the owner to review!
Yeah not hacked at all… Either fake or you have used same password from other databreaches

Hi @Wojciechf. If you feel that you have been hacked, please follow @dr.know‘s very good advice and open a support ticket with a log file!
That will be essential for Support to analyze the issue. Please keep a record of both the support ticket number and the log file number in case it is needed later.
