Installed a new camera and the video is flashing sometimes. It seems that the flashing sets a motion detection event also.
Any ideas?

Judging from the camera position it looks like this camera is outside. this could be the cause of the flickering image. I don’t think Wyze would be able to help if the camera is located outside.
Some other questions:
- How far away is the camera from your WiFi?

What cable and power adapter are you using to power the camera?
Also try power cycling and (if all else fails) a factory reset.

Let me know how it works for you! 
If your night vision is on Auto, try turning it to off and see if that helps. Almost looks like the filter is going back and forth.
