Is it when you live stream? Does it say it’s loading? Is it night time? Does it always look black? Have you tried a different phone or tablet to view it? Do you have other cams with this issue? When did it start? Have you tried restarting your phone? Does it say 0.0kb/s on the live stream, or a number?
