I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 running Android 13 running version 3.1.5.569 of the Wyze App.
I have a camera group set up with seven cameras on it, to watch around the house (outside and in). I keep the tablet in landscape mode so I can see four cameras at once. I’ve had it this way for over a year or more.
I’m not sure exactly when this issue started, probably within the last two months or so. What is happening is after a certain amount of time, the cameras will stop live streaming video. It’s not all of them at once, but one may start (sometimes two), and then eventually all four cameras on the screen just stop live streaming. But all I see on the screen is the last image before it “gave out.” I normally pick up on it because I notice the time hasn’t changed.
I have to back out of the group to the main menu, and then select the group again to fix the issue. Although sometimes the app becomes unresponsive and will actually reboot the tablet.
If I just put one camera up the problem doesn’t occur. It will run fine for days.
At first I thought it might be the tablet being old, but I have the same issue on my iPad Pro (2nd Gen) and another iPad (Gen 6). It’s almost as though the data keeps buffering up in the program and never clears itself out.
I was curious if anyone else had the same issue.
