Cam won't factory reset

The one cam won’t power on and so they are sending a replacement. They are sending a return label for me to return the bricked cam which I think should be a good idea for all replacements so that they can look into the issue and see what is causing problems.

Update: I think she is talking about that cam on another thread. Seems to be solved.
