I’m really frustrated with this situation. I am trying to factory reset my V2 that was bricked testing AI but all it wants to do is be added to the account. I can’t even hold the set up button for 3 seconds without hearing “Ready to connect”. What the heck. Can someone help me? I really am tired of calling support on an hourly basis over these issues.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
Update: I think she is talking about that cam on another thread. Seems to be solved.

Sorry I was without power and unable to get back online until now. Yes I checked the solution that the cam is being replaced.
