I updated my Cam v4 and now my monitor wont connect. I need to manually flash my cam with an older firmware but can not find the file or is black and does not let me open it. How can I find the firmware with green color to open?
If there is no green link then the cam can’t be manually flashed with that version. If you contact support you may be able to get the file but not sure if anyone has had any luck with that.
What software are you using for monitoring? I think Tiny Cam may be the only one supporting some of the latest firmwares. However the latest v4 firmware supports RTSP so you may be able to use that.
@WyzeJasonJ Can you help the OP out here? As I have discussed with you elsewhere, WYZE is making things very difficult on users when it comes to flashing back to previous versions. Now there is nothing downloadable for the v4’s on your release notes page:
