I tried to connect and got a notice to update the firmware, which I did to the latest. Now I can’t connect. I tried, cycling the power. deleting the device and setting it up again, and I ran the RouteThisHelps which indicated my wi-fi was ok at the camera. On the Device Settings page, if I press “Restart Device”, the camera clicks and seems to restart.
If you have access to the device, try removing the power from the camera, wait for about 15 to 30 seconds, plug it back in and let it power up. Once it is up, see if you can connect.
