I paid for cam plus. Im on a shared account and it says no cameras found. Do I need to get my money back?

Yes. Cam Plus can only be used on cameras that were activated on the account that subscribed for it, not on shared cameras.
You could instead offer to pay the cost of cam plus for the person who owns the cameras on their account. Then your shared account will get access to the cloud event recordings and AI detections too.
