I experience the same thing, what I’ve found is that people with our same issue do not get solutions from support, but the solution they have found is to delete the cameras and make a new account, and sign up for CPL on the new account. It works. Apparently its an account issue, but Wyze doesn’t take the time to fix it.

I have not done this, but it’s infuriating to say the least.

Bob, I just solved it. I unenrolled from PDL. And re-enrolled with a different payment amount. It took about 5 minutes to show PDL in my account. Now when I assign it to my camera, the Person detection is toggled on. There is 0 chance I will turn that off.

I have the same problem/problems. I have plugged this brand since the beginning. I am so disappointed how betrayed I feel this is absolutely a money grab. How horrible I feel to have recommend to so many of my friends family and anyone who would listen. Mine did not stop functioning until I upgraded the firmware
