As I said in my earlier post (#5) if you were able to get the licenses and redeem them in your account it will work. The only question that wasn’t answered was were you able to purchase the licenses. You said the website blocked you from doing so because you didn’t have a US billing address.
It just occurred to me; you can test this without paying up front, if you have a V2 or V3 camera.
Remove the camera from the app and set it up again. You’ll be given a free, 2-week CamPlus trial.

Just reading another post regarding VPN and you probably are correct about no need for a round-trip. Even if the user is located in UK with the camera using a VPN on the phone “split tunnelling” would provide both VPN access to the US and a local connection to the camera. Not needed for this particular problem but a good thing to know.
