Cam pan damaged on removal of plastic. Help tickets are impossible to fill out properly to request warranty

Just received my cameras. When I removed the shipping plastic protecting the lens on the cam pan, it removed half of the oring surrounding the lens.

I looked up how to do warranty replacement and support ticket is supposed to have tech support as the selected issue as specified on warranty page. There is no tech support option available. Selecting return and replacement to eventual contact support doesn’t give me the proper selection of product regarding replacement or return.

Is there any other way to contact someone or am I stuck with waiting for speaking with a representative when open?
