Cam models that support "Motion Warning" need a warning timeout/pause feature

If you have a spare Wyze Plug, then something like this should be trivial with a Shortcut Automation:

• DO
  • Cam Floodlight v2
    • Turn off Motion Warning
    • Turn on Plug

Then you add a Device & Service Trigger Automation for the timer and reset:

• IF
  • Wyze Plug
    • Has been on for 01:00:00
• DO
  • Cam Floodlight v2
    • Turn on Motion Warning
  • Wyze Plug
    • Turn off

I don’t have a Cam Floodlight v2, so I’m just speculating about the “Turn on Motion Warning” and “Turn off Motion Warning” Automations Actions, which I see present for other devices (Cam v4, Video Doorbell v2, etc.). I imagine you’re already seeing those for Cam Floodlight v2, but I’m not certain if they’re there.

With something like this, you’d be using the Plug (or Plug Outdoor or even Bulb) as a logical switch for your Automation trigger so that you can reset the Motion Warning feature after a specified time, so you probably don’t want to use a Plug that’s actually providing power for something else (unless maybe it’s a lamp or something and you don’t mind the visual cue that you’ve turned Motion Warning off temporarily).

I don’t immediately see a way to do this without some kind of intermediary work-around that can provide a “has been on for” or “has been off for” condition for a second Automation (the trigger), but what you’re asking about seems like it could be a request for this Wishlist topic:
