Looks like reflections from headlights. I can see some slight light flickers off the wall on the building.
Horizontal single spider web strand that comes towards the camera. The two lights are the reflection of the IR lights in the camera.
Halloween approaches! 
My first thought was headlights so I drove my car in every direction trying to recreate it. No luck. It only happened one time so far. I’m waiting and watching.
Agree with @Omgitstony. The IR lights are in a grid pattern and this looks like a strand reflecting two that are opposite each other.

Looks like my orb in the attic which I just posted. However I have two vertical lights or one light with a reflection below. The attic is pitch black.
