It is very disappointing that talented Wyze engineers still have not found a way to implement time-saving bulk video downloads.
Wyze was founded by ex-Amazon engineers schooled in Jeff Bezos’s “customer obsession” principle. IMHO the new Wyze 3.0 Android and iOS apps continue to violate Bezos’ principle by wasting millions of hours of valuable customer time by making camera event video downloading even more complicated and time-consuming and tedious than before.
Perhaps Wyze could share why this essential time-saving feature remains such a low priority?
If Arlo, Eufy, and RING can delight customers with essential time-saving bulk video downloads why not Wyze?
