Bolt lock not connecting - Have to pull batteries every few days

I installed 2 lock bolts on 2 seperate doors a few weeks ago. One works perfectly while the other, which is only a few feet away will often times not connect to my phone no matter how close I am. I receive an error saying “… Bolt can’t connect”

In order to get it to connect, I have to pull the batteries at which point it will connect and work as it should for another few days.

All the software is up to date.
Batteries are brand new
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app
Log out/in in the app.

Any ideas?
