Whoops. It is a v3 with a focus ring modification.

I have a tutorial somewhere here showing how to do the mod.
Essentially, you remove the cover around the perimeter, which exposes little white plugs covering the screws. I use a dental pick to remove them, then a small Philips screwdriver to remove the screws. MAKE SURE THE SD CARD IS OUT otherwise you will probably make it a two piece SD card (I seen it done). The lens rotates but has a dot of glue on the threads, I use a small channel locks pliers with a soft rag, and twist the lens. Once the lens rotates, remove as much of the glue as possible. Don’t bugger up the threads (I seen it done). The lens will unscrew but the threads are so fine it is easy to cross thread them (I seen it done). There is no need to remove the lens. Remove the inner o-ring gasket on the front cover where the lens goes through. If you leave it on, the focus ring will not go through the front cover. Make sure the lens can rotate easily. Put it back in about the same position because it won’t take much to focus a little closer or a little farther from the factory adjustment The focus ring has a friction fit around the lens but if the lens doesn’t rotate easily, the focus ring will slip on the lens,
Reassemble in reverse order and install the focus ring as the last step,
Some say removing the seal o-ring and installing the focus ring breaks the airtight seal around the lens. So far, I have not found that to be true. High humidity inside the box may cause condensation, but the camera is shielded from the rain being inside the box.
