My wise has been working fine since I got it about a month ago. Starting today I have been unable to open the app. I just get a Blue screen with WYZE displayed. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. Any tips? I have a Droid turbo phone.
For those using the latest iOS/iPadOS, make sure you have an Internet connection and with the stuck blue screen displayed, force close the Wyze app by quickly double-pressing the phone/tab’s physical Home button, then do a big swipe up on the Wyze screen to remove it. Start the Wyze app back up.
Android is similar except double-tap the virtual recent apps button instead of the Home button.
