Blue WYZE screen

Hi folks,

My wise has been working fine since I got it about a month ago. Starting today I have been unable to open the app. I just get a Blue screen with WYZE displayed. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. Any tips? I have a Droid turbo phone.

what version of the app are you using? could you possibly screenshot what you are seeing and upload it for us.

I got the same problem and I installed the latest firmware 4.9.4.28. Unfortaunately, it did not resolve the problem.

What app version on what phone OS?

App version is 2.1.21 and I am using iPhone version 12.1.4

I have same issue starting today. Wyze app 2.16.46 will not open in iOS OS 14.3. Only see Wyze blue screen

For those using the latest iOS/iPadOS, make sure you have an Internet connection and with the stuck blue screen displayed, force close the Wyze app by quickly double-pressing the phone/tab’s physical Home button, then do a big swipe up on the Wyze screen to remove it. Start the Wyze app back up.

Android is similar except double-tap the virtual recent apps button instead of the Home button.
