My black cams arrived yesterday. The setup manual instructs you to hit the reset button on the cams when setting them up. However, there does not appear to be a reset button on the black cam. I have looked all over my black cam and could not find that button. I am still unsure of how to setup my black cam and connect it to the Wyze app. Has anyone else with a new black cam run into this issue? Any help? Seems like the instruction manual I received with my black cam is really more applicable to the regular white v2 cam.
Pull the mounting base away from the camera body and look here:
It may be kind of hard to see on the black cam.
Actually never mind. I figured it out. I hadn’t lifted the feet up to see the reset button underneath the cam base (but above the feet). Stupid me.
