I purchased the scale last week and noticed that the body fat percentage is significantly off by almost 10%. I’ve compared this to three other scales, including a gym body fat percentage scale, and it shows a body fat percentage 10% higher than what it actually should be.
It would be one thing if it was slightly off compared to the others, but the other three are within a percent of each other, and this one is a good 10% above the others. I’ve tried resetting it, removing it from the app, adding it back in, and nothing seems to change.
Is there anything I can do to remedy this?
All other measurements are accurate compared to the other devices.
