Wyze X scale - Anyone else not get accurate body fat %?

Hi All,

We have a scale X, but it doesn’t provide accurate body fat %. The weight is accurate, but not body fat %. For context, our old scale showed 23%. A recent Dexa Scan showed 23.1% (the gold standard measurement). But our Wyze scale shows 19% … which is a pretty big difference.

We have made sure the firmware is up to date and the athlete mode is off.

Anyone else have this issue? ty.

I don’t have a Dexa scan to compare against, but a thought, having identified athlete mode, have you tried changing the Body Type to see if the reading changes?

I have. Athlete mode off and body set off on athlete.
