Battery Cam Outdoor won't record longer than 12 seconds

My Battery Cam Outdoor v1 used to record as long as there was motion up to the limit that I set in settings. I had issues with it and had to delete it from my app and re-add it. Now it won’t record longer than 12 seconds. I am subscribed to Cam Unlimited. I tried adding an SD card and setting up scheduled recording. I have set limits to no cooldown and 5 minutes recording limit. Any suggestions or is there no solution?

Since you have Cam Unlimited it should have been added back when you put it back on the app. First I would go the the cam settings > bottom of the page and tap Reset Services. You should also log into you account on my.wyze.com , go to my services, cam unlimited and see if the camera is listed. I have four WCO version one cams and they all record as long as motion continues.

I had checked my Cam Unlimited because I saw that tip when I googled the issue. It was already in there. I had done a Reset Services but I figured I would do it again and it worked this time. Thanks for reminding me about that.
