I went to add a shortcut today in the app. I followed all the directions and clicked save. But then the shortcut didn’t show up in my list…and then my other automations disappeared from that list, too. I tried signing out and then signing back in again, but that didn’t fix anything. I tired creating a shortcut again, and still - it doesn’t show up. And my previously-crested automations still aren’t showing up anymore.
Can someone help me please?!

I’m not seeing this on Android, and I notice that you’re both iOS users. When was the last time you rebooted your phone, and what kind of troubleshooting have you done? I’m thinking here of things like
Not being an iOS user, I put those in the order of easiest to most extreme, and that’s where I think I’d start with what I know so far.
I s’pose it’s possible that this could be some kind of back-end change, and I’d expect the cache clearing and doing a fresh login to the app/account to pull down current profile data from the servers to the phone.

Must have been something at the Wyze end. Haven’t rebooted nor reinstalled anything and yet they all finally returned this afternoon. But they were all missing in the multiple places you’d find them prior (the Automations tab suggesting the user create their first automation, the shortcuts in the ios widget, etc.). Also, hadn’t mentioned prior but they were missing from both my iPhone as well as on my iPad.
That doesn’t surprise me. They frequently seem to make server-side changes that hose things for a while and then later implement a remediation from the server, as well. I’m still waiting on that kind of fix for a Watch feature they broke last month.
Or it was just some kind of temporary glitch. I haven’t seen other reports of this particular issue today. 
Either way, I’m glad you have your Automations back. Thanks for the update. 
Funny story…all of mine just randomly came back too! Not sure what happened or why, but at least it’s all back to normal

All automations reside on Wyze servers, so if something brakes the connection to the servers automations will disappear from the app.
