I really really wish that shortcuts could couple motion detection with local storage. I like to see more than 10 seconds of an event and so go through all the hassle of turning on local storage for three cameras every night before I go to sleep and reverse the process (if I remember to do it) in the morning.
With shortcuts I can toggle motion detection on multiple cameras but not local storage. Even with motion detection turned off, the cameras continue to locally record events and so I have a bunch of daytime viewing cluttering up my data card. I have to individually toggle local storage regardless of motion detection. Please please please provide local storage as a shortcut option…
