Hi everyone,

I wanted to say I’ve been happy so far with the Wyze V4. I have it permanently fixed outside since July on a tree cable underground in conduit and hopefully it will last all winter long. It’s 4 hours away from our home.

I would love to share an actual Timelapse that I’ve captured but I have no idea how to bring it down to 5MB?

I have also caught meteors and other things that are going by. I’m in a Bortle 2 so it’s pretty dark!

Anyway, hope you are having good luck with captures!

Depending on the initial file size of the video, a free tool like HandBrake might be able to reduce the size sufficiently. For other files that can’t easily be squeezed down to the Forum’s upload limit, lots of users just upload to YouTube and then post the link here.
