I agree, and I’d add (and I know I’ve said this before) that if they want to be taken seriously as a security company—as their post about the Multi-Camera Timeline feature and accompanying video earlier this year suggested—then they should restore this feature to its previous behavior and work toward some real progress on requests expressed in the Multiple Users' Permissions for Shared Users Wishlist topic. It’d also be good to see a timeline or update about the issue where a subscribing user loses access to cloud footage if a camera is stolen and set up under another account.
