Can you explain if this app icon (like crossed cloud) means some lock fault? Before it shown “closed”.
Hi @david1963! The icon means the device is offline (no communication). The issue should only be temporary, however, if it does not resolve soon it might be worthwhile to reboot the device(s) to see if they come back online.
