App stopped working on both of our iPads - one 5th and one 6th gen. Both are WiFi only, running iOS 12.4. Any idea what may have happened? (I’m stuck at log in wit an error “internet connection appears to be offline”)
I’m using an iPad 6th Generation with 12.4, and I am up and running without issue. I also have an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6 running 12.4 without issue.
Do you have a WiFi icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen with a full 3 bars & no airplane icon next to it? Can you call up a web page using the web browser?
Yeah, that’s the strange part - everything else works fine. YouTube, safari, other web-based apps. Just Wyze app won’t log in.
Do you have any port restrictions set at your router? Are you using an ASUS router?
Here are some network connectivity requirements:
Literally didn’t change anything since the day before - didn’t log in to the router or change any settings at all. Wouldn’t even know where to go look for those settings.
Nonetheless, since the router is common to both iPads, you may want to try power-cycling it to see if that helps.
