App in need of serious redesign - Yes or No?

I agree, masterep, Wyze should make a special Trust Level to include ALL Older American customers based on our accumulated wisdom alone!

Call it circle 2 1/2 or something. Keep us outside the really juicy circles, but give us a little taste. Eh? :wink:

Whoa! Those still exist? (The encyclopedias AND the door to door salesmen?) I had no idea! I thought they were lost to the mists of time like the rotary phone. (Remember your finger slipping out on the last digit and realizing you had to hang up and redial again?

Don’t make fun of our new up to date phones! I’m in rural Arkansas. We still have a handful of local phone cos. Our phone booth & it’s payphone we vandalized last year. When the replaced the damaged phone the new one has buttons instead of a dial.

What do you do with buttons??

That there is some ultra modern newfangled tech for sure. If you have to use it double up the aluminum foil on that side of your head!

Well I guess this thread has run its course - No new useful information.

So to recap -
Everyone agrees that the app is a total joke & pretty much unreadable.
Wyze admits it doesn’t have a clue on making a use-able app but ā€œWe are looking into itā€.
We get to wait an unannounced time period for the released of a replacement app.
Wyze will NOT ask for user suggestion on the Look & Feel of the new app.

Does that sum it up?

I think they are listening to the complaints we’ve made but not sure we’ll hang around long enough to see any changes.
I get the feeling there is very little communication within Wyze.
I’ve seen Wyze employees say they are ā€œtrying to get an answerā€ and references to US and China development.
It’s like they are working in silos.
