All Cams offline

New Wyze Cam Unlimited user here. I set up 3 cams, 2 at home and one monitoring a business. All was good until I left Canada on business yesterday. Today I checked and all cams are offline. All cams have been manually rebooted and the wifi modem and signal is strong and I changed. Why are all 3 offline please and thanks?

What did you change? Are you saying that someone power-cycled your Cams for you in your absence and that this person also has access to the Cams via the Wyze app and is able to view the Cams to check their Signal Strength in Device Info, etc.? I’m trying to get a better understanding of the scope of the problem, and more context would be helpful.

The exact same thing happened to me. And happens to me. For me, it appears related to wyze making changes. Like you, I have done all the things. Rebooted routers. Moved camera placement. Rebooted cameras. Reinstalled cameras. Reinstalled apps. Cleared caches. But in the end the only thing that fixed it was the update. It seems to happen pretty consistently to me whenever there’s an update.
