Seems Wyze is aware of the situation today (2/16/2024). Their status page says they are seeing an issue with logins, even though I can log in just fine. But my cameras are gone.
Yesterday my 2 cameras were visible in the iOS App. This morning I am getting motion and sound alerts, however the cameras are not showing in the app. Also I had to sign in when I opened the app which is never happened before.
Are the cameras not showing in the homepage of the app as individual devices? Or are your event clips not showing in the event tab after you get your notifications? What actual app version are you using?
I am having the same issue as well. All my cameras are gone in the app. It just shows add a device. Really would like some answers to this problem. Between all the security breeches, loss of endorsements and now this I am about ready to switch. I am more worried now about my cameras being vulnerable since googling the issue and seeing all the problems WYZE has been having.
Have you tried logging out of the Wyze app and logging back in?
Wyze app Home > Account (bottom right) > Log Out
I am having this exact same issue. No cameras are found when I log in, no new cameras added recently. Still getting the alerts on my Apple Watch, including a still of the photo. Get the notification on my phone as well still, when I click the notification on my phone, opens the app.l but then just gives an error. Any solutions?

Same here just yesterday. I had to add them all over again by using the connect button. Works now but I had no access to them yesterday while at work.
