Just recently I can only get one cameras recordings to show on the Events page, when it used to show all the recordings from all my cameras. I have to pick a camera then scroll down to All Events and only that camera recordings will be in the Event page. Did something change that it’s doing this now?
I don’t seem to have that issue. Are you sure you are not filtered for a specific camera?
That was it! For whatever reason it only had one camera set and I didn’t think to scroll right of the motion button to see how many cameras were selected. Really odd though, because I never changed it to just one camera, unless I clicked something by mistake somewhere. Anyway, thanks for the help.
It’s not impossible, especially after an update of any kind, even Samsung for me & may be known to change sounds and some settings etc.
I checked mine after all the answers, which I agreed with and one camera was selected and not by me that I remember either.
The cameras button isn’t something I scroll to very often. Typically I’d tap the funnel and filter and go from there.
But, benefits of the doubt given, I may have inadvertently tapped a camera.
It might help to light that funnel up if filters are ever selected for any reason.
No. As I said, I slide the Motion tab and the top of the Events page and discovered all my cameras weren’t clicked.
I
I get that, but is it possible that this button was clicked at some point in the past? That how it happened with my phone.
I could have but don’t remember because the screens have gotten more busy looking with each new update. And, I’m on an iPhone 13 mini so my display is small so adding more and more info makes it a confusing mess to deal with on the app.
