That error is returned when you try to play an Event Video but there is nothing on the servers to play or the video cannot be played.
It is not a normal occurance, but occasionally an Event Video being uploaded to the servers is either corrupted in the process or fails to upload completely because something caused the upload to be interrupted. When this happens, usually because of a WiFi or ISP connectivity loss, the Event was logged, but the video failed.
This does happen ocasionally. If it happens on a regular basis, then a support ticket should be opened with Customer Support in Account → Wyze Support → Help Center or the online Help Center where you can chat online with Customer Support.
