So my Floodlight V1 camera is sending double person detection notifications on my Alexa Echo Show. All of my other Wyze cameras only send 1 notification when there is a person detected. What can I do to fix the double notifications because its really annoying as it repeats within a few seconds making me think someone is messing with my car in the driveway when they are just walking by. Should I delete it from my Alexa, reset the camera, and relink it all back up. Just hate to waste time getting the ladder out if its not going to solve the issue.

I am having the exact same issue that started the same day as Tony. Double notifications through the Alexa app for each person identified. Firmware is up to date. Did all of the start, restart, etc. Issue continues.

Same problem with Wyze cameras and Alexa announcements. It’s been a problem since day 1 and they said 3 years ago they were working on a fix. Most people either live with it or disable this feature. Don’t wait for Wyze to fix. It’s a known issue for years and empty promise to fix.
