Just installed my replacement Pan Cam 3 and the AI is straight wigging out. It thinks everything is a vehicle. Tree moves? Vehicle notification. Shadow shifts? Vehicle. Sunlight hits different? Yep—vehicle again.
It’s 6:30 AM and I’ve already had 80 notifications. I’m over here manually telling the AI, “That’s a tree. That’s a shadow. That’s nothing.” But this dude doesn’t listen. He’s like, “Nah bro… definitely a vehicle.”
Is there actually a vehicle anywhere in the camera view? If so, that’s the problem.

Post some images and Video of what you are seeing. we can then provide insight as to what could be happening.
In addition, do you have notify on all motion turned on? If so, turn it off to see if things calm down.
As @WildBill is implying, if a vehicle is seen anywhere in the image it will tag the video with Vehicle, but we need dot see what is triggering the initial event.

Yes there’s one parked across the street. My old Pan Cam 3 never went off like this, unless the car was moving.

Not sure if that’s going to help. If the AI sees the vehicle it’s still going to notify on that, isn’t it?
