Welcome to the forum!

I haven’t had any issues with seven cameras spread over two properties on two different ISPs and networks since I upgraded my routers two years ago.

How about you give us a bit more info so we can help you solve the issue?

I’ve been using six Wyze Battery Cam Pan Pros for the past six months without any problems. They’ve always had a strong connection on my AT&T Fiber 2Gb network. But starting about a week ago, they all began going offline repeatedly. Sometimes they reconnect after a long time, but most of the time they stay offline. This only started after I updated the firmware on each camera, so I’m wondering if the update got interrupted and caused these issues.

I’m having same issue only mine disconnects after about 10 minutes and sometimes won’t recconect and then a few days goes by and it’s on and connected again

I am having the very same issue. WebPortal on duckduck go and on safari obv mac os. I usually submit log but it happens every 10-15 mins. I have a dedicated monitor running the web portal. Latest firmware on cameras. Latest updates on everything. I use an old mac mini running squoia 15.5. It also happens on my iphone 13, Or any of my ipads or iphones. its not specific to device. The problem is, sometimes when i go to the app, cameras are running fine. other times they say offline. When i check local sd theres no break in timeline. Another weird thing is ill hit Power off or privacy on wyze cam v3 and it will still be showing me my feed in real time from webportal (when its working) but in the app it appears to be off. thats a massive flaw. If i turn a cam off, i need to know its actually off not still functional on a back door end. Especially if i have guests staying at a location.

Has anyone figured this out yet? Of my 3 cameras, only one works reliably, one I have to reset energy other day and the third? Well let’s just say I think it’s down for the count!

I’m having the same issue with my flood light pro, latest firmware and it’s 20 ft up so don’t really have the ability to just go and reset it every time it goes down. I notice the red light is flashing on it and after I did get the ladder and tried to reset it, it still was offline. I had to remove it from my app and then reconnect for it to come back online. Then 20 minutes later (after I get the ladder put away) it’s offline again.

Same issue. Unfortunately, my driveway will remain dark for the night. In my neighborhood, that is not good.

So I finally went up and took my floodlight down and inspected it. I had also noticed before I took it down the lights would kind of flash in a pattern, almost seemed like a lose cable. It also wouldn’t let me restart it, it would just keep flashing the lights. When I moved the floodlight from the wall mount a little, the lights stayed on in certain positions. All cables looked good and wires were all connected correctly and were working. When I flipped the camera to look at the inside where the cables went in they have their black cable going from the main panel to I think the lights? I pinched that connection that they have here and the lights stayed on. So moving this wire I got it in a spot the lights stay on and the wire shouldn’t move. So I think this cable connection (that Wyze has completely sealed in like a heat wrap) is causing my offline issues. So far it’s been up for about 5 hours now. Will see if this stays on tomorrow. Figured I would reply here on what I found incase your connection might be the culprit too.

***** Update *****
Stayed online for me for a day but has gone back to offline, Going to talk with support because it looks to be their internal wiring causing my issue

I just began having issues Sunday. First one of my cams all of a sudden stopped working and will not power back on. Support was useless on that one. Then yesterday the other camera quit recording events and I can’t get it to restart recording. I’m beginning to wonder if these were such a great deal.
