Frontier FCA252 MoCA 2.5 with 2.5GbE on Ebay is around ~US $35 each or $60 for 2 pack. They are rebranded goCoax MA2500D.

Yep, have used those, work very well.
You can also get a pair of screenbeam 2.0s for around the same price but 2.5 has a bit better latency.
Gocoax has always been good, screenbeam and hitron have both proven good as well, and actiontec is well established but seems to be losing market share to the ones above.
If you aren’t using your cable for anything else and can get a dedicated run that’s always best, but it isn’t too bad to integrate it along with TV or on a system with splitters, just need to make sure you use the right splitters (probably need to upgrade the current ones, but they’re cheap) and filters (including a POE filter if you’re using that to power them).
