One of my leak sensors is “Offline” for some reason. It will show as “Offline” within itself (purple arrow), but will NOT report as any issue within the group entry (red arrow).
Since we have groups, it is likely that a user will display the group up near the top of the display, then bury each individual sensor near the bottom of the long list of devices. This scenario will mislead a user to thinking everything is wyrkin’… cuz a user will only see “All Normal”.
Furthermore, if you select the group “leak sensors”, the screen with the yellow highlights appear. That will display the number of normally functioning sensors, in this case “8 Normal” (of 9 total). Again, if that sensor is buried in the list, then a user is kinda misled to thinking everything is normal.
I think this is a software bug, which then misleads the user. I imagine the same to be true of the other sensor groups.
