2 different price offers for Wyze Lock and Keypad

Today I received 2 emails offering 2 different sale prices for the Wyze Lock and Keypad.

At 1:22 PM CDT I received “Buy a Wyze Lock and get a free Keypad” with the sale price of $87.98 plus free shipping.

At 2:13 PM CDT I received “Buy a Wyze Lock and get a free Keypad” with the sale price of $107.98 plus free shipping.

I don’t have a need for the lock and keypad at either price but am curious as to why there are 2 different offer prices.
