Hi everyone. Is it possible to have ONE hour just not show up on Wyze footage? I can’t remember if there was a person in the room. But if there WAS a person, the hour would STILL be on the footage because there would be “movement”, correct?

If by “footage” you mean the SD Card, and that you have an SD card in it, then it depends on how long ago this was, how big your SD card is, and whether you had the setting set to record to the SD card and which option. If it was too long ago, then it may have already overwritten that time period.
But yes, you can check the SD card playback and see if you can find it on there. If not, pull out the SD card and put it into a computer and try to find it on there.
If by footage you meant the Cloud events (ie: if you have Cam Plus), then it should show up in the Events tab, but will only show up there if there was sufficient “Motion” within the “Detection Zone” for the camera in the last 14 days.
There is no SD card
That depends. If you have a Cam Plus/Ultimate subscription, and you set up the camera to only report “Persons”, then yes no cloud recording. If you set it up to report all events, you get a movement recording.
Cam Plus Lite? I don’t remember now what happens in that case.
