ZERO customer service. I can't get help with an order billing problem. Cam-v3

I placed an order and because you require different email addresses for each home security monitoring account I had to switch accounts to get my order. During the switch my $15 credit was taken away. I called the phone number for help and they couldn’t even look up my order let alone apply my credit. Today I received 15 additional cameras via UPS. If I can’t get my credit I will be returning them. Can someone please HELP ME. cam-v3
