Just received Wyzecam V2. installation was easy. Connects to home wifi but won’t connect to wifi or cell service remotely. Tried on work wifi and Verizon cell service but fails on step 3, “getting video data”. I tried steps from support page, power off, restart app, etc. I do get sound occasionally, but very spotty. Help!
