Wyze Watch 47 won’t connect

I bought a 2nd wyze watch but the app only allows one watch to connect.

I created a separate account for one watch but it will on pair with my phone/wyze app.

I’ve disabled Bluetooth, restarted the watch, turned on Bluetooth, and tried set up again but failed to pair…

Any suggestions?

I don’t know if this applies to your situation, but I had to create a second account also; and I had to remember to sign out of the one account and sign into the second account each time if on the same device to access each watch.
