Idea: A rugged, LTE-enabled Wyze hub for vehicles that works with Wyze Climate Sensors and Wyze Cams to safeguard your kids, pets, deliveries, groceries, etc from dangerous temperatures — whether the car is on or off.

How It Works:

  • Start car → app prompts Pet / Child / Cargo Mode.

  • If armed, the hub continuously monitors temperature and humidity.

  • Two-stage alerts:

    1. Stage 1 — Push notification to your phone.

    2. Stage 2 — If no response after a short delay, trigger built-in or external siren.

  • Disarm via:

    1. Physical button on hub (recessed or long press).

    2. Car-Off Alert — When ignition turns off, app asks if your cargo is out of the car.

  • Optional in-cabin chime, like OEM rear-occupant alerts.

  • Integrate with Wyze cams for live view. Optional features like motion detection, GPS fencing, air quality, etc…

Why Wyze Should Build It:

  • Uses existing Climate Sensor, hub tech, and LTE from Wyze Cam.

  • Targets pet owners, parents, delivery drivers, RVers, and fleet operators.

  • Competes with Waggle, etc ($199 device + $199/year) at a potentially lower cost.

  • Adds subscription revenue, boosts accessory sales, and expands Wyze into automotive monitoring.
